Grill an additional 5 large chicken breasts. You will use 2 cups of the shredded chicken day 3 in Chicken Chickpea Curry and 3 cups day 5 in Shortcut Chicken Chili.

Cut up an additional head of broccoli, trimming the cauliflower florets, cutting away as much stem as possible. You will use this second head of broccoli on day 3 in Healthy Cauliflower Rice.
