Roasted Corn with Garlic Herb Buttery Spread

This spread is a GAME CHANGER. Spread it on anything and everything! It comes together in less than 5 min!


Dovetailing Tip: Prep additional ears of corn, Use this corn for the half of cup you need for the white Zucchini Corn Pizza on day 4.

Ingredients:

6 ears corn
1/4 cup brummel & brown organic spread
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast until corn is soft, about 35-40 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine Brummel & Brown spread, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper; set aside.

Peel down husks and spread with the Brummel & Brown spread mixture.
