| 1 cup | whole-wheat flour | 
| 1/2 cup | almond meal/flour | 
| 1 cup | old-fashioned oats | 
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda | 
| 1 teaspoon | baking powder | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | cinnamon | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | ginger | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | nutmeg | 
| 1/4 cup | brown sugar (loosely packed) | 
| 2 | large bananas, mashed | 
| 1 cup | pumpkin puree | 
| 2 | eggs | 
| 1/2 cup | unsweetened applesauce | 
| 3/4 cup | raisins (or nuts or chocolate chips) (optional) | 
Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2 In a large mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
3 Add all of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4 Stir in the raisins (or nuts, chocolate chips, etc.).
5 Pour into a lightly greased 9x5" loaf pan.
6 Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
7 Let cool, slice and enjoy.
