Ingredients:

1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup almond meal/flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
2 large bananas, mashed
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup raisins (or nuts or chocolate chips) (optional)

Directions:

1 Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2 In a large mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
3 Add all of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4 Stir in the raisins (or nuts, chocolate chips, etc.).
5 Pour into a lightly greased 9x5" loaf pan.
6 Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
7 Let cool, slice and enjoy.
