Get Your Bunny on the Table!

It’s that time again;). I love Easter! A season of renewal and hope. Easter is actually one of my favorite holidays. And my husband’s family has such a fun tradition. We always do a tea party style dinner with a variety of finger foods. I always love looking up cute recipes I can bring to the table. This year I found some adorable ways to get more bunnies on the table- without an actual bunny;).

Check out these adorable Bunny Bottom cookies. These would be so simple to make if you just have a few M&M’s, Sixlets and marshmallows! So creative!

Keeping with the bunny bottom theme, you could use pancakes as well. Make 3 pancakes and just use fruit for the little bunny paws (like banana slices and blueberries). Top it off with whipped cream for the little bunny tail;).

If you don’t love the bunny bottom idea, you could use one pancake for the face and use blueberries for the eyes, a strawberry nose, and use apple slices for the cute little bunny ears;).

Another breakfast idea is simply to use a couple of powdered donuts; stack two together and put a couple jellybeans on the top donut to create a little pink nose and two blue eyes, and cut out some bunny ears from paper. Simple, but still adorable!

If you want a little less sugar, use an egg and a couple slices of bacon to create a cute, protein-packed bunny face:).

Another simple idea involves your dinner rolls;). Use a pair of kitchen scissors to make 2 cuts that will become little bunny ears. How easy is that?

Another great way to keep with the bunny theme with your dinner grains;). This particular idea uses biscuits, but you could really use any of your favorite roll/biscuit recipes and create little ears to go with them.

Using the ever useful Oreo truffle, you could create these darling Oreo truffles. Just squish some marshmallows into ear shapes and add pink sprinkles. These are probably my favorite.

Another easy and simple way to create a cute bunny is to shape rice krispie treats into bunny head shapes. Add M&M’s, Sixlets, jellybeans, or whatever treat you’d like to create the eyes, nose and whiskers.

For a healthy, but still very tasty option, try this darling fruit platter. I love pineapple anyway, but make it into an adorable bunny and I love it even more;).

Or for another healthy option, use radish slices and deviled eggs to create these darling little bunnies.

And if you don’t want to shake up the dinner/dessert plan, you can make little bunnies using napkins. There are several tutorials online;).

I am loving all these bunnies:). Which one do you like the best? What bunny creations have you used at your dinner table? I would love to hear about them!

Whatever your Easter dinner table looks like, enjoy the holiday as we celebrate our Savior and enjoy this season of hope!
