Paleo Bread

This is a pretty simple recipe with fairly easy to get Paleo ingredients. The bread that comes out is solid with a crust (it’s moist inside and forms good medium to thick slices).

Ingredients:

3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk (or water)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Grease a loaf pan (9in by 5in) (with olive oil or coconut oil).
3. Mix together all the ingredients.
4. Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan evenly.
5. Bake for 60 minutes.
6. Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.
