When making the angel hair pasta, grate and store fresh Parmesan cheese in Zip-loc bags. Save an extra ¾ cup for the Tilapia on Day 2; for day 3 grate and store an extra ½ cup for Toasted Garlic Bread and ¼ cup for the Three-Cheese Skillet Lasagna.
Buy an extra pint of strawberries, making sure they are not overly ripe, and refrigerate to use on Day 5 for Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups.

Preparation Tip

Prepare the pork roast first and put in the oven to start cooking at 450 degrees. When you have the remaining items ready, turn the oven down to 375 degrees and put the potatoes and vegetable dish in with the roast to complete cooking. When the roast temperature reaches 135 degrees, remove to rest and leave the potatoes and vegetables in the oven to continue cooking for 15 minutes. .
