Country Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6

Ingredients:

6 potatoes
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Scrub potatoes and cut in pieces, leaving skins on. Put in saucepan and add 2 inches of water. Bring to boil. Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Return to pan and mash lightly, leaving lumps.

Add evaporated milk, garlic salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
