Breakfast Shake

Serves 2

Ingredients:

3/4 cup milk skim
1/2 cup yogurt nonfat, any flavor
1 banana ripe, peeled, and frozen
1/4 cup frozen fruit unsweetened (any type you like)
1/4 cup orange juice

Blend ingredients together in blender. Delicious! Be creative and try a variety of fruits combined with juices.

To freeze bananas: remove peel, cut in half, wrap each piece in plastic, and freeze. Never throw away over-ripe bananas. Always freeze them for breakfast shakes. Over-ripe bananas are very sweet.
