Monday

Bow Ties And Broccoli Alfredo
Springy Breadsticks
Almond Peach Sundae

Dovetailing Tips: We will use a lot of parmesan this week so go ahead and grate it all (a cup and a half should d!o) and it will be ready and still taste fantastic when you need it throughout the week.

Today's recipe calls for frozen broccoli, but if you prefer using fresh you might as well cut an extra pound to use on Friday so you have it done! Also, save any leftover peaches you have after dessert and they would be wonderful tossed into to the Fresh Fruit and Cream on Thursday!


Tuesday

Sizzlin' Steak or Chicken Fajitas
Potato Wedges
Nachos

Dovetailing Tips: Take care of all of your onions today so you don't have to bother again! Slice 1/2 a cup and finely chop 1/4 cup and save it for Thursday.


Wednesday

Skillet Chicken Parmigiana
Caesar Salad
Mother's Dinner Rolls

Dovetailing Tips: Pull that parmesan out of the fridge or freezer and use it tonight. It will still have all the flavor, but save you a few minutes since you don't have to keep washing the grater!


Thursday

Savory Italian Frittata
Toast
Fresh Fruit And Cream

Dovetailing Tips: Use parmesan, onion, and the leftover peaches, if you had any, and enjoy your meal!


Friday

Fruit Stuffed Pork Roast
Carrots And Broccoli With Orange Browned Butter
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Dovetailing Tips: If you opted to use fresh broccoli you should already have it cut up and ready to go. If not, you get the night off from dovetailing.
