Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
1/2 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
6 tablespoons margarine

Spoon blueberry pie filling into a one-quart baking dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray. In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and walnuts. With a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
