Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Monday

Cheesy Macaroni and Beef
Green Garden Salad
Cheese-Filled Parmesan Biscuit Loaves

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will get a great boost on the week while you have the ingredients out that you will be using in this meal. Tear extra salad greens and store them in a plastic bag (be sure all the air is out) and you can use them Friday for salad. You will also be using a green pepper today. Just chop one in addition to slicing today's and you will have it ready to go Friday. Also grate an additional 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stick it in the fridge or freezer to use Tuesday and Friday!


Tuesday

Cracker Coated Fish Fillets
Tartar Sauce
Steamed Vegetables
Coconut Oat Cookies

Dovetailing Tips: Use 1/4 cup of the parmesan you have ready.

Today is the big onion chopping day! If you can bear with the tears for a few minutes we will get it all done. You need one teaspoon grated onion today and 3 onions chopped for Wednesday and Friday.


Wednesday

Pot Roast and Veggies
Caramel Apple Cake

Dovetailing Tips: Use one of the chopped onions and enjoy not chopping it tonight!


Thursday

Lemony Seafood Risotto
Asparagus "In The Pan"
Tomato Slices
Fluffy Key Lime Pie


Friday

Triple Cheese Ravioli
Garden Olive Salad
Cannoli with Orange-Ricotta Filling

Dovetailing Tips: Today you get to use the parmesan, onions, salad greens, and green pepper you already have ready. Gotta love dovetailing on a day like this!
