I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

  Download this recipe.

2 3/4 cups Original Bisquick®
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese (4 ounces)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (3-ounce) package sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 375°. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Stir all ingredients except Parmesan cheese until dough forms.

2. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into Parmesan cheese. Roll in cheese to coat. Roll into 8-inch breadsticks. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

BETTY'S TIP: Do a little dipping! Spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce and cheese sauce are all wonderful dips, especially when served warm.
