I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Japanese Salad

Serves: 8

2 bags coleslaw
1 small red pepper,diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups cashew nuts
2 cups diced celery
4 cups chicken breasts, boiled and cut
2 packages ramen noodles

Dressing:
1 cup oils
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Ac'cent
3 heaping teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons salt


Combine in bowl the coleslaw, peppers, cashews, celery, diced chicken, and noodles. Blend together with dressing. Son't cook the ramen noodles. Throw away seasoning packet.

For dressing simply blend ingredients together.
