Chef Brennah’s Russian Honey Cake Steals the Show at Pooh Party!

My precious granddaughter, Juliet, recently turned two — and the birthday party the girls threw for her was nothing short of epic!

Since Juliet adores Winnie the Pooh, Cecilia planned the cutest Pooh-themed party ever… and it turned out adorable!

There was Pooh’s house...

A Coloring with Roo station...

Pin the tail on Eeyore...

...and the most creative themed food you can imagine including:

🍯 Hunny Sammiches
🐷 Piglets-in-a-Blanket
🐯 Tiggr Tails
🫑 Eeyore Sticks
🥕 Rabit’s Vegges

And when it was time for a small smackerel of something sweet...

...out came this masterpiece…

Not only was it gorgeous to look at — just look at those layers! — but it was also absolutely delicious. Truly next-level baking!

And if that weren’t enough, Brennah stayed up until 2:00 AM the night before, handcrafting the most adorable macaroons for the party. Aren’t they so cute?!

But the real joy? Watching little Juliet take it all in. She LOVED it! Every last detail was done with so much love.

And the best part? Chef Brennah has generously shared her Russian Honey Cake recipe with us so you can enjoy it too!
