One (1) hour to fill out documents
15 minutes to print and place in a binder

Click here to open the Family Emergency Manual (FEM).

To watch the video explaining why this document is important, please do the following:
1.) Click on the Play Video button and a new window will open directing you to save the video to your computer
2.) After the new window opens, save the video file to your computer
3.) Locate the file on your computer and click on it to watch the video

Fill out each section, save it to your computer, then print the document. Now you have the ability to update the FEM and print out any updated pages as needed.

We recommend that once you print the FEM, three-hole punch the document, place in a binder and keep it with your Emergency Kit.

We also recommend having a second copy off-site, either with a trusted family member in a sealed envelope, or in your safe deposit box.
