1 slice Garlic Cheese Toast (grain)
8 ounces milk (protein)
1 cup green seedless grapes, (fruit)
12 ounces water (Water/Snack)
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, fresh with
4 tablespoons Ranch Dip (Water/Snack)
