1 Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a medium skillet. Add the green onions and cook 1 minute.
2 Add the peas, sugar, and salt to taste. Stir in 2 tablespoons water and cover the pan. Cook over low heat until the peas are tender, 5 to 10 minutes. 3 Stir in the prosciutto and remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook 1 minute more and serve hot.
