Combine cereal and seasonings in a shallow bowl; set aside. Pour milk into a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces into milk, then into cereal mixture and coat thoroughly. Place in single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Drizzle butter over chicken and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with your favorite sauce.
