Garlic-Flax Dressing

1/2 cup flax oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3-4 tablespoons tamari sauce
3 cloves garlic pressed or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fersh tarragon or basil, or 1 teaspoon dried (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard (optional)


1. Place the oil, vinegar, tamari, and garlic in a jar. Add basil, honey, and/or mustard, if desired. Screw the lid on the jar, and shake well.

2. Use on green salads or cooked vegetables. Refrigerate any leftover dressing in a covered jar.
