Unroll crescent rolls, place in ungreased 10x15-inch baking pan, and press in bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake about 15 minutes or till golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
Blend cream cheese with 1/4 cup dressing; add chicken. Spread over cooled crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Gently press into cream cheese. Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup dressing over top. Cut into squares.
