Melt the butter in 12-inch Dutch oven and add potato wedges. Stir to coat well and arrange in a circular pattern. Mix the grated cheese and spices, and sprinkle over the tater wedges. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake about 40 minutes or until the taters are done with 5-6 briquets underneath and 16-18 on the lid. Serve as either an appetizer or as a side dish.
