Sweet Honey Butter

1/2 cup butter softened
3 tablespoons honey


In a small bowl with a wire whisk, beat butter and honey until smooth cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before using.

Use on Tender Egg Biscuits Old-Time Southern Spoon Bread waffles or freshly baked bread.
