Place carrots, butter or margarine and water in a 12-inch skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add onion and cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in marmalade, mustard and salt. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
