1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon basil dried, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dill seed


Combine the above ingredients and pour over tomatoes and cucumbers. Chill for at least 2 hours.
