Backyard Macaroni Salad

1/3 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup pasta shell (4 oz.), cooked, drained, and cooled
1 cup peas frozen, cooked and drained
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese finely diced
1/3 cup sweet pickle sliced
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
1 tablespoon pimiento minced


Place cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk until blended. Gently stir in macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion, green pepper, and pimiento until well coated. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

If desired, sprinkle with paprika before serving.
