Asparagus Toast

1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
2 tablespoons butter real, softened
6 slices wheat bread lightly toasted
6 ham thin, boiled
18 fresh asparagus spears, cooked
4 ounces mozzarella cheese grated
2 tablespoons mayonnaise real
1/4 cup green onion minced
2 tablespoons pimiento minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted


Heat oven broiler. Mix together mustard and butter spread on one side of toast. Top with ham and 3 asparagus spears sliced through on diagonal to make easier eating. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over asparagus. Broil 5 inches from heat until cheese topping melts, 4 to 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
