Arrange poultry pieces with skin sides up and thickest parts to outside edge in a microwavable dish that's large enough to hold the pieces in a single layer. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one corner to vent. Microwave as directed below. Bone-in pieces are done when juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut; boneless pieces when chicken or turkey is no longer pink in the center; and ground chicken or turkey until no longer pink.
