"Why am I getting an email that says my cloud account is scheduled for deletion?"




ANSWER:

It costs us money each month to store your recipe data in the Cook'n Cloud. If you have a free account (subscribers need not worry about this) that is inactive for more than a year, your account will be deleted. To avoid this, simply launch Cook'n and/or log in to your Cook'n Cloud account. If there is any activity on the account, it will not be deleted. Otherwise, it will get wiped.
