The Best Pizza In Moab and Pizza Flavors I Plan On Recreating!

One of the fun things about traveling around in an RV is finding fun places to eat! My kids and husband LOVE pizza, so it’s just natural we would gravitate towards pizza places. It’s also a really efficient way to feed 8 people ;).

While in Moab, we stopped by the Canyon Pizza Company. I was super intrigued by their unique pizza flavors, and once we were in the restaurant we ordered several personal sized pizzas so we could try more than one- I mean, how could you just order one with these flavors?

Jalapeno Popper
Alfredo, Bacon, Cream Cheese, Green Peppers, Jalapeno, Pepperoncini, Peppadew, Mozzarella Cheese, topped with Crunchy Onions

Philly Steak
Alfredo, Steak, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions, Pepperoncini, Mozzarella Cheese

Nashville Hot Pie
Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese. Nashville Chicken, Red Onions, Topped with Pickles, Hot Honey, Ranch

The Volcano
Hot Honey BBQ Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, Bacon, Jalapenos

Garden
Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Mini Tomatoes, Olives, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Mushrooms, Artichokes

The Rodeo
BBQ Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Steak, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Topped with Crunchy Onions

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Alfredo, Mozzarella Cheese, Spinach, Peppadew, Artichoke, Shredded Parm, Cream Cheese, Green Onions

Bacon Steakburger
Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Steak, Bacon, Mini Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Topped with Pickles and White BBQ Sauce

And then of course, they had the more basic flavors like Chicken Bacon Ranch and Margarita.

The verdict- SO SO TASTY! In addition to several of the pizzas, we tried the Cheesy Bread and Cinnamon Twists and both were delicious!

My pictures are NOT good, but just so you can get an idea, here is the Bacon Steakburger and the Spinach and Artichoke Dip pizzas:

Fresh ingredients, and loaded with toppings! Just how it should be! :)

Out of the ones we tried- the Rodeo was the definite favorite. The addition of the crunchy fried onions was superb! We also really enjoyed the Bacon Steakburger. We loved the Philly Steak and the Jalapeno Popper, and I personally liked the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and the Nashville Hot Pie. The Hot Volcano was pretty disappointing- spicy, but bland! We also tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Q-Bird (basically a BBQ chicken pizza) and both were tasty, but we felt they were flavors you could get anywhere. The personal sized pizza was our best friend this trip- we were able to try so many flavors!

Overall, it’s definitely a place we’d love to visit again- and would recommend to anyone staying in the Moab area!

Even if you don’t think you’ll make it to Canyon Pizza, some of these would be so fun to try to re-create at home! My mom is the queen of delicious homemade pizzas, and I’m definitely going to recommend some of these flavors to her! I bet I could make a Jalapeno Pepper pizza that would be even better, and an even more delicious re-creation of the Nashville Hot Pie!

Which of these flavors intrigue you the most? Which would you try to re-create on your own? I’d love to hear!
