Beef Au Jus

Serves: 4

This is the most minimalist method for doing a quick au jus for your prime rib of beef.

Dovetailing Tip: This Au Jus recipes tastes great with both roast (can be used instead of gravy) and with French dip sandwiches. Make enough to use day 4 to dip your french dip sandwiches in.
