Watermelon-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

6 cups diced watermelons
3 English cucumbers
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup mint leaves

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine watere­melon, cucumbers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, and pepper; toss to combine. Divide between salad plates and garnish evenly with crumbled feta and mint leaves.
