Mango Supreme No-Bake Cake

Mamon is a Filipino cake. If you can't find it, or don't want to make it, you can substitute sponge cake.

Ingredients:

6 mangos
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

1. Peel, seed, and cut mangoes into thin slices. Set aside.
2. In a separate container, add cream and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
3. Slice mamon in 1/4" slices.
4 In a 9" pie plate, add the first layer of mamon.
5. Add a generous amount of the cream mixture on top of the layer. Spread well using a spatula.
6. On top of the cream layer, add the sliced mangoes.
7. Repeat the process with the mamon, cream mixture, then mangoes.
8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
