Quick Garlic Breadsticks

However, this is the quick recipe I use on my homemade rolls, biscuits and bread for a healthier alternative to hot dog buns.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
4 hot dog buns, split or other rolls or biscuits

Directions:

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Stir together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and basil in a small bowl; set aside.

Stir together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and basil in a small bowl; set aside. Spread the cut sides of the hot dog buns (or rolls) with butter. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese mixture and place, butter-side-up, onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
