I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. A Lighter Choice

Yes, I did not care for the breakfast but your picnic fare (and included advice) was very professional and first class all the way!

Other than going a bit lighter on the mayo and sour cream, I especially found your “Apples and Wild Rice Salad” absolutely faultless... something I cannot wait to try in order to compliment our family’s next summer cook out.
