A members response to The Cook'n Club...

I have been buying your software for years and I absolutely love it!!! It’s on my laptop so I take it into my kitchen. Start up the software and I'm ready to cook. This new Cook'n Club idea is so awesome!!!

Monday

Mexican-Style Chicken Wraps
Tossed Salad
Strawberry-Banana Sorbet

Dovetailing Tips: The name of the game this week is keeping it simple and beating the heat! We will have lots of recipes that will leave you satisfied without heating up the kitchen! Today you can get started by shredding 1 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Set 1 cup aside for tomororow use the rest today. You will also be way ahead if you go ahead and wash and halve 2 quarts (or 8 cups) of strawberries today while you are already working with them. That will save you a lot of time Tuesday and Wednesday. Gotta love it!

Tuesday

Creamy Tuna Garden Wedges
White Chocolate Mousse Parfait

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use the cheese and strawberries you prepared yesterday (unless you opt ot do raspberries or some other berry on your mousse) and you will have a chance to get way ahead for tomorrow. As you are cutting fresh veggies for this fabulous pizza keep in mind the veggies you want to pair up with AAgave-Curry Vegetable Dip tomorrow and get them all cut at once. No sense in doing double duty if you don't have to!

Wednesday

Grilled Texas Turkey Burgers
Agave-Curry Vegetable Dip
Sensational Strawberry Shortcake

Dovetailing Tips: Today is one of those dovetailing days I love...where I get to use what is already done! Having the vegetables and strawberries already cut will save a lot of time in the kitchen and you will have an amazing dinner to enjoy!

Thursday

Crockpot Teriyaki Steaks
Veggie Kabobs with Cumin-Scented Couscous
Fun No-Bake Bars

Dovetailing Tips: Recipes both tonight and tomorrow call for red bell peppers and red onions so you will want to take the chance today to get that all done. Today you need one medium bell pepper, cut in to 1 1/2 inch slices. Tomorrow you will want 1/2 a small red bell pepper cut into thin strips and 2 medium red bell peppers cut into 6 pieces each. As far as red onions, you will need 1/2 small onion cut into 8 wedges for today and 1 large red onion cut into 1/2-inch slices. Even though they are being cut differently it is still easier to handle it all only once. Use a Sharpie to label the plastic bag with which meal you are preparing them for. Then you can just glance and grab when you are ready to cook!

Friday

Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza
Easy Grilled Vegetables
Summer Fruit Combo

Dovetailing Tips: Use those red bell peppers and red onoins and enjoy this great kickoff to a wonderful weekend!
