1/4 cup heavy cream
4 ounces muenster cheese cut in 1-inch cubes (about 1 cup)
4 ounces ham boiled cut in 1/2 -inch cubes (about 3/4 cup)
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
2 teaspoons butter
1. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs and heavy cream.
2. Add cheese, ham and parsley to the egg mixture. Mix lightly.
3. In a 9-inch glass pie plate, place butter. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 30 to 45 seconds or until butter is melted. Pour in egg mixture. Microwave at 100% power for 4 to 6 minutes or until eggs are set but moist, stirring every 2 minutes.
