I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Chinese Noodle Casserole

Serves: 4


           Download this recipe.

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Nearly 1 can water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup instant rice, cooked
Chow mein noodles


Brown hamburger then add other ingredients. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Put chow mein noodles on top.
