Mexican Wedding Cookies

Serves: 42


        

  Download this recipe.

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Garnish: powdered sugar


In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; roll into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
