Apple Crisp Pudding

Serves: 9


        

  Download this recipe.

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup honey
4 cups sliced peeled apples
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups toasted bread cubes
1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes


1. In small mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices and honey. Stir in apples. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

2. In medium mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Mix with bread cubes and Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal. Spread over apples.

3. Bake at 375°F about 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm, with cream, if desired.
