I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. 3 pounds beef sirloin steaks
1 onion - quartered and separated
2 green bell peppers
1 20-ounce can pineapple slices
Marinate cubed meat in a combination of soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and the juice from the pineapple rings. Layer vegetables and meat on kabobs with the pineapple. Grill.
