I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Martha's Vineyard Salad

Serves: 4


        

  Download this recipe.

1 head green leaf lettuce (or other desired greens)
1 tart chopped apple
1 1/2 cups grilled chicken breasts (can use canned)
1/4 cup craisins
1 cup shredded cheese
Slivered almonds
Raspberry Viniagrette or other favorite dressing


Chop greens and then add chicken, diced apple, craisins, chease, and top with almonds and dressing.
