I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
2 cups rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 bag Fritos frozen strawberry daiquiri mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 diced tomato
Anything else you would toss on a taco salad!
Brown the ground beef and then add taco seasoning. Cook rice and prepare all vegetables and other toppings.
On a bed of rice add your meat, Fritos, cheese, and everything else you are tossing on.
