I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. 4 pounds pork spare ribs cut to serving size
1 12-ounce jar orange marmalade
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 dash black pepper
Brown spareribs in skillet. Transfer them to Crock Pot. Combine remaining ingredients: pour over the spareribs. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours. Lift ribs out onto serving platter. Garnish with orange slices.
