I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

           Download this recipe.

1 pita bread
2 tablespoons pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
6 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Additional ingredients if you wish

1. Cut off one edge of the pita bread and open to form a pocket.

2. Spread inside of pocket with sauce. Stuff with pepperoni and cheese. Add additional ingredients if you wish, such as olives, pieces of luncheon meat, pieces of ham or chopped green pepper or onion.

To Bake in the Oven: Turn oven on to 400. Wrap pizza in foil and seal. Bake for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese melts. Carefully remove from oven with hot pads.

To Heat in the Microwave Oven: Wrap pizza in a paper towel. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 30 seconds. Turn pizza over. Microwave at 100% power 20 seconds longer or until cheese melts.
