Cheesy Pasta, Veggies and Beef

Serves: 4

1 pound ground beef
1 (1-pound) bag frozen pasta, broccoli, corn and carrots in garlic-seasoned sauce
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup water
Macaroni
Cheese topping or cheese-flavored tiny fish-shaped crackers, if desired


1. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

2. Stir frozen pasta and vegetable mixture, soup and water into beef. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese topping.
