I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Quick Tuna Casserole

Serves: 4

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6-ounce) can tuna, drained
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup onions, chopped
3 cups potato chips, crushed

Combine all ingredients, except potato chips, in an ungreased 9" x 9" baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
