I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Other St. Patrick's Day Ideas

Hello Dan,

Every St. Patrick's Day morning growing up (until I graduated from high school and yes even as an adult when I was home), my dad made something green every eggs, fried, scrambled, poached (that was sorta gross), yes, even green french toast, pancakes, oatmeal, or cream of wheat. My dad worked a lot of hours, on call etc. but he made "sam I am green eggs and ham" very special in our house! By the way, my dad is full blooded Danish! Mom is Irish so she must have rubbed off on him.
