Caesar Salad Dressing

Caeser salad dressing is only a blender and a few ingredients away thanks to this simple recipe for the salad favorite.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 egg
4 teaspoons white sugar
3 cloves garlic, or more to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste


Directions:
Blend oil, egg, white sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and black pepper in a blender until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours to overnight.
