Pineapple is soo delicious! In light of this statement, here is some amazing news... I am now living in Hawaii for the summer - and only a few miles from the Dole Pineapple Plantation.
Talk about an amazing summer right? Well, I'm allergic to Pineapple! Isn't that the worst combination? And to add to it, someone chose Pineapple as the topic for this month's newsletter. So, while I wallow in my predicament, I hope you all enjoy these fantastic tips and recipes for cooking with pineapple.. and please, have an extra slice in my name :)
