Zucchini on the Grill

Here's another great way to have zucchini - and it's healthy too. Peel the zucchini, slice it into 1/2" "steaks". Rub each piece with a little olive oil, then sprinkle your favorite spices on it (I like pepper, garlic and onion powder, and paprika). Place it on the grill next to the "real" steaks or chicken. This works even with those slightly over-sized zucchini. If you're dealing with those, make sure you remove the seeds from the center.
